As the rise in non-alcohol adult beverage continues and category crossover expands, the need for alcohol type flavors will grow as well.  Callisons has developed a line of alcohol type flavors ranging from beer to wine and spirits that are perfect for alcohol and non-alcohol beverage, confection and more.

Alcohol Inspired Flavors

As hemp becomes more mainstream, consumers are looking for unique products that provide distinctively green and earthy flavor profiles. As a result, many large beverage, confectionery and nutritional brands have started to incorporate some of these notes into their products. Callisons hemp and cannabis flavors were developed to replicate actual strains without any of the active ingredients.

Description: This growing area is in the Willamette Valley, which ranges from west central to northwestern Oregon.

Elevation:180 &ndash; 230 ft (54 &ndash; 70 m)

Irrigation: The Willamette Valley is irrigated with wheel-line sprinklers, center pivots, and big guns with water in the lower valley primarily pumped from shallow wells that reach into the high water table. In the north and mid-valley areas, the water is supplied from the Willamette River and from slightly deeper wells.

Description:&nbsp;This growing region is spread out over three states. It encompasses Northern Indiana, Southern Wisconsin and Central Michigan

Elevation:&nbsp;700 &ndash; 900 ft (213 &ndash; 275 m)

Irrigation: Each year a greater amount of the land is irrigated. About 50% of the mint fields are irrigated. Irrigation is done by big guns or center pivots. Water for this purpose is pulled from wells or drainage ditches that are backed up from rivers.
